Upper School Mathematics Teacher

The Winsor School is an independent girls' school for academically promising and motivated students in grades five through twelve. Minimum Degree: BA
Certification Required: No
Minimum Experience: 5-7 Years

 
Qualifications:
Strong candidates will have Upper School teaching experience and excellent subject expertise in mathematics. The position includes teaching four sections at the high school level; our range of classes starts at Algebra 2 and extends beyond AP Calculus and AP Statistics. Experience teaching either AP Calculus or AP Statistics is a plus. A master’s degree in relevant coursework is preferred. A commitment to community and inclusion work, an understanding of the importance of teacher engagement in community life, and an interest in using a variety of pedagogical approaches in the classroom are essential. The ability to use technology effectively in the teaching and learning process is also important.
