LEAD Public Schools, a nonprofit charter management organization in Nashville, Tennessee, is building a network of public charter schools with a goal of doubling the college ready rate of low-income students in Davidson County by 2020. All positions at LEAD Public Schools require a deeply held belief in the ability of all people to achieve at very high levels, and regularly demonstrate thoughts and actions in support of our mission of Doing Whatever It Takes to graduate 100% of our students and send all of them to a 4 year college or university.
