Presidio Hill School is a co-educational, progressive school, founded in San Francisco in 1918 and serving 220 students from Transitional Kindergarten through Eighth Grade. Presidio Hill School’s program revolves around progressive practices and is one of the oldest progressive schools still in operation. PHS is strongly committed to multicultural education and to hiring and supporting a diverse faculty and staff and promoting an understanding of difference and cultural competency in all curriculum and interactions.
