Great Lakes was founded in 1977 to provide a broad range of information management, research and consulting services to the government and public sector. Our initial focus was primarily research and evaluation services. In 2000, due to the addition and growth of our staffing function; the principals of Great Lakes founded Diversified Care Management, a sister company that specializes in staffing of direct service functions to the public and non-profit sector.
