Our founder and principal, Mike Montoya brings more than 18 years of experience including talent acquisition and placement services, leadership development, human capital capacity building and youth development experience.  Other members of the Stronger team include senior project managers, former school system operators and educators who have worked in some of the most challenging and promising public school systems in cities across the country.?
