Diversity Mission Statement

Natick Public Schools' current strategic plan outlines five key focus areas: our Profile of a Graduate; Dismantling Systemic Barriers for Equitable Access to Opportunity; Social-Emotional Learning and Healthy Living; Financial and Strategic Planning; and Communications and Engagement.

Our equity focus area is designed to combat systemic barriers that limit student, family and staff equitable access to opportunity and cherish them to such a degree that they thrive. Our social-emotional learning and healthy living efforts revolve around developing a systematic, developmentally appropriate social-emotional learning (SEL) and healthy living framework for student learning and parent engagement and partnership.
