Peoria Academy is a coeducational independent school of approximately 150 students from pre-Kindergarten (3/4 years old) through eighth grade, founded in 2000.  Peoria Academy provides a unique educational opportunity to the Central Illinois community through its mission: Peoria Academy is a diverse community of students, parents, and educators working together to provide a rigorous educational experience.
