Diversity Mission Statement
|
|
Nativity School of Worcester students, graduates, families, staff, faculty, Board of Trustees, Trustee Associates are committed to elevating our work as an educational institution to support anti-racism work and dismantle systems of oppression at all levels. We acknowledge that we must look inward, examining our own policies, biases and institutional role in advancing racial equity. We recognize that this work is never-ending and requires collaboration with other community organizations to aid our progress. We aim to educate every stakeholder in the Nativity Worcester community. We seek to serve our students through culturally and linguistically sustaining practices, while holding our faculty and staff accountable in their learning and implementation of diversity, equity, inclusion and anti-racism work"
