The Board of Trustees supports building on the mission and
core values of the Trinity Preparatory School in alignment with our Episcopal
Identity. The Board recognizes and affirms the transformative value of a
diverse and fully-inclusive campus community. Diversity, inclusion and
belonging are beneficial to the development of every community member, which
means providing an environment enriched by persons of different backgrounds,
experiences, points of view, cultures, socioeconomic statuses and other
characteristics. The Board must lead by example and commit to ongoing
education, evaluation and reflection.
The Board expects the School and future Boards to engage in
various initiatives to advance diversity, inclusion, and belonging in all
aspects of campus life. This approach will enhance our leadership, strengthen
our community, enrich intellectual inquiry, and prepare our students for
success in an ever-changing world.
