The Long Ridge School is an independent school for children age 2 to grade 5 located on a spectacular campus tucked away in the North Stamford woods. It is a small elementary school by design, where children stay children longer and thrive in an environment created specifically for them. We are a diverse and globally inclusive community where children are known and valued as unique individuals and learning is an active, joyful experience. With an emphasis on social-emotional learning and strong programs in math, literacy, science, music, and the arts, Long Ridge graduates are actively recruited by the best area middle schools.
